Learned a TON at the Aerobic Capacity course this weekend. Chris Hinshaw shared an incredible amount of information. In addition to meeting CF Games athletes like Mat Fraser, Ron Ortiz, Tasia Percevez, Darren Hunsacker and Matt Hewett, Rich Froning also worked out with us. All are amazing people and great examples of why I love the CrossFit community so much.
