Your first class is always FREE! Stop in at any time to check us out and try a complimentary Lean and Fit or Lean and Fit 4 Life (lower impact/beginner) class!
Joining Greco has never been more affordable! We have membership options and constant promotions to suit every need.
CHILDCARE is available only for certain classes on certain days!! (Exclusive to the Carleton Place location).

We are thinking about changing our class schedule for the Spring and sticking to only one early morning class. We would love to have our members opinion on what class times would be best! On Mondays, Wednesday and Fridays; if you had to choose one early morning class, which time would you prefer it to be at? 5:30 5:45 6:00 or keep it the same (both 5:30 and 6:30) Comment below with your preference!
