You're probably familiar with the saying, "Don't put all your eggs in one basket." So this Easter, the town of Capreol is putting its eggs in a cup, the Stanley Cup to be exact. To celebrate the town of Capreol's official Date of Incorporation 100 years ago, the Capreol 100 Committee and the Capreol Red Hat Ladies will be hosting a day of celebration at the Capreol Arena on April 1st, 2018 which will include a free public skate, children's games and crafts as well as a visit from Phil Pritchard and the Stanley Cup. A great morning of progress on the Paddy Wagon project... The engine was mocked in, motor mounts installed, transmission support welded in and front body mounts re-attached. Thanks to Al, Gilles, Rick and the team of muscle on hand today. Stay tuned for more updates...

Motoring.... Slow and steady, progress continues on the restoration of Capreol's first police vehicle. A big thank you to Richard Dzuirban for his efforts on putting the engine back together and mounting it to the transmission... We are hoping to install the new motor mounts next week. Stay tuned for more updates!
