Welcome to the official Island Queen Cruise Facebook page, your source for information and conversation about our cruises and Georgian Bay's stunning 30,000 Islands.  www.islandqueencruise.com We offer two and three-hour sightseeing cruises through some of the most remote regions of Georgian Bay's 30,000 Islands, now an UNESCO Biosphere Reserve.  Our spacious 550-passenger ship has three decks, comfortable inside and outside seating, large viewing windows, outside observation decks, wheelchair accessible washrooms, a snack bar, a full commentary and heat for our fall colour cruises.  We have two gift shops at dockside, lots of free parking and plenty of smiles.  We operate from June 1 to mid-October each year.

Check out this video of a cottage owner playing his bagpipes for our passengers from the water as the Island Queen passes his cottage in the Long Sault area of Georgain Bay's Outer Islands! Every week or so we are serenaded by a fiddler, a bagpiper or another musician wanting to greet the ship. Canadian wilderness at its best!

Beautiful and very busy long-weekend Saturday in Parry Sound! A big welcome to the Pearl Mist, which was docked at the bow of the Island Queen for the day on its way through Georgian Bay and Lake Huron.

Passengers on our Festival of the Sound Canada Day Sunset and Fireworks Cruise experienced the rare sight of a black bear swimming in front of the ship - the second swimming black bear sighting that day!
