Our classes include Vinyasa for the more experienced yogi, Restorative Yoga for those that feel depleted or are who are recovering from injuries or illness. Gentle Yoga, Breathing & Meditation for all yogis to refine their practice. Level 1 Yoga for beginners, Prenatal Yoga for Moms to be as well as Mom & Baby Yoga. Lunch time classes & evening classes for all levels of fitness & stiffness! Yoga, Meditation & Movement for everyone.
