Description
Offering all levels of Red Cross first aid, CPR/AED training. We also offer holistic health, wellness & nutrition workshops & private health coaching. We are a Training Partner with the Canadian Red Cross. We deliver public first aid & CPR/AED courses of all levels at our training facility located at 1245 Franklin Blvd., Cambridge, ON. We are conveniently located & easily accessible at Highway 401 & Franklin Blvd., Cambridge.
We also offer private training for groups of 10 or more onsite at your location or at our spacious & comfortable training facility. Private courses can be customized to meet the specific needs of your group.
All courses are WSIB & OSHAS accredited and meet the most current first aid & CPR/AED guidelines.
We do not only want to teach people how to revive a person whose heart has stopped, we want to help prevent cardiovascular disease, which is the #1 killer of all adults. We offer FREE wellness workshops & private health, nutrition & wellness coaching to help individuals reach their best health & live their best life today!

Do you have a well stocked first aid kit available? We recommend having a first aid kit in your house, car workplace, cottage and boat. If not, consider buying a good quality kit or making your own, it's easy! If you already have a kit, then make sure that it is well stocked. Check out the following guide to help you.
