HVAT is a small athletic therapy clinic located in the core of Hespeler. We provide expert knowledge, individualized rehabilitation, and a personal touch Hespeler Village Athletic Therapy is owned and operated by Certified Athletic Therapist Imogen Lewin. The clinic is located within Breathe into Motion Yoga Studio where Imogen can work closely with each client to keep them healthy and strong. Imogen can provide clinical injury assessments and treatment tailored to your sport/activity, on/off-field medical coverage, and concussion baseline testing/follow-ups.
Imogen has worked with a variety of different sports with athletes ranging from 5 years old to professionals. She is well versed in football, rugby, and dance coverage but is always happy to work with any type of athlete or team. Currently, Imogen covers home games for the Cambridge Lions football teams, helps out at University of Waterloo games, and provides backstage treatment to the dancers of Ballet Jorgen when they tour the Cambridge area.

D8 and WCSSAA football start today! Hespeler Village Athletic Therapy and Guelph Performance Therapy are very excited to be covering the D8 football games this season! We hope to see some of our Preds guys out on the field representing their high schools this fall! Good luck to all of the teams!
This Sunday, Imogen will be representing Hespeler Village Athletic Therapy as she works back stage with the dancers of Ballet Jorgen Canada at their Cambridge performance of Swan Lake! Imogen loves working with these dancers and always looks forward to them coming into town for performances.

This fall football season, Hespeler Village Athletic Therapy and Guelph Performance Therapy are teaming up again to provide AT coverage to the local Catholic high school football teams! Imogen and Alana will be providing sideline support to all of the football players, ensuring their safety, and keeping them in the game. They can't wait to meet all of the teams and watch some good football! Good luck to all D8 teams in their quest for a championship title!
On September 25, Imogen will be working backstage with the dancers of Ballet Jorgen Canada again, as they perform Swan Lake at the Dunfield Theatre Cambridge! Imogen really loves working with dancers and always appreciates the opportunity to provide backstage treatment to the Ballet Jorgen dancers!
Today we're researching all about equestrianism to be able to better help a new client! AT's are well known for their broad knowledge in athletics and ability to give sport specific exercises. We love learning about new sports!

If you're ever having trouble getting your young athletes to happily take part in conditioning, try something out of the ordinary that will be fun and captivating! The Cambridge Lions Football - Cambridge Minor Football Association Peewee rep team has been doing zumba at the beginning of each practice this week. What a fantastic and creative way to get the kids involved in some aerobic conditioning without them knowing they're even working out! Kudos to you guys for finding an entertaining way to get these young athletes moving!
