We are a church in the heart of Hespeler who reaches out to our community .... We are a church who reaches out to our community .... Cambridge Self-Help Food Bank, Community Clothing Closet, Thursday Night Supper & Social (a free meal for the community), Ontario Early Years drop in centre; a home for scouts, beavers and brownies; a home for our congregation and many other community organizations for special events.

Yesterday's Sermon
Today I learned... I was always told that when Jesus used "Abba" to speak to God, he was using the same term that infants used to address their fathers in his language of Aramaic - the equivalent of the English, "Daddy." Today I learned that this is not the case. That is not quite what it meant. And when you understand what he actually meant, it might just blow your mind! But, for that, you'll just have to wait for my Father's Day sermon next week. Isn't it always good to go back to what the text actually says?
