facebook.com🚌CUSTOMER REVIEW🚌 Good evening. Yesterday a group of us celebrated my wife's birthday by going to a Toronto Marlies game, followed by dinner at canyon creek chop house in Toronto. What helped make this a wonderful day was our fantastic driver provided by Switzer-Carty, Karen. (Brampton driver). She was funny, very accommodating, very pleasant, and a skilled driver. She made such a good impression on us all that I saved my desert and took it to her after dinner. She is an asset to your company, and her great job will not be soon forgotten by any in attendance yesterday. Tip off the hat to her! Thank you!
🚌 CUSTOMER REVIEW🚌 Hi Marlene, I wanted to provide you with some feedback from our experience this past weekend. We had rented a bus for my sons 2nd birthday as he absolutely loves buses. However, our experience completely surpassed our expectations! Nadine went above and beyond to make this a very special day for our son. The bus was decorated, she had brought children's music to play and took a route that would be entertaining and also meet the needs of our young group. The children and adults alike thoroughly enjoyed the experience and most importantly my soon was beyond thrilled! Please ensure that your team is aware of Nadine's exceptional efforts and the fantastic experience we have had with your company. Kind regards Ashley Mehta

CUSTOMER REVIEW My church booked a charter bus to a weekend retreat. Our bus driver, Stephanie, was simply fantastic! She was early to pick us up, and got us to our destination safely and in plenty of time. She was very accommodating as we had to make several stops on our route to pick up other members of our party. She was very knowledgeable about the route and our location. It turned out our event finished early. Without even asking, she arrived ahead of time to pick us up. We were able to load the bus and beat the rest of the traffic home. Her professionalism and experience made this an excellent trip. When we book a bus with your company again (and we will be because of our experience) we will be requesting Stephanie as our driver. Best regards, Pastor Mike Aldred

OUR SAFETY BLOG Our monthly safety theme is Defensive Driving LLLC. As a reminder, LLLC stands for, Look Ahead, Look Around, Leave Room, and Communicate. By using the LLLC method you will have time to recognize the hazards (see) time to absorb the hazards (think) time to adjust/react to the hazards (do). Look ahead means that you look 15 seconds ahead of where the bus is at any given point in time. Look around means that you take in the entire scene when you are driving, keeping your head and eyes moving to see everything around the bus. This also means to check your mirrors every 5 to 8 seconds to increase your range of vision. Leave room means to leave room on all sides of your bus. Your following distance should be 200 ft or 6 seconds and when stopped behind a vehicle do not leave enough room for another vehicle to squeeze into that space as you need room to get out just in case that vehicle breaks down as we do not back up. If someone is tailgating you, slow down so that they may pass you. Watch out for low bridges and for any debris on the road so that you don’t damage the bus by hitting it. Communicate means to always let other drivers know your intentions. Use your headlights, tail lights, brake lights, clearance lights and when using your signals, please signal at least 4 times before you change lanes. A tap of the horn is a good way to get someone’s attention and if possible eye contact. Thank you all for continuing to be the best and safest drivers on the road!!
