As fun as those plastic spiders and Styrofoam tombstones are, its best to save them for next year. Quality vs. Quantity Do consider placing your Halloween décor in just a few simple strike zones; with consideration to enhancing your curb appeal. Keep it simple! Pick locations such as the main entryway of the home and perhaps the covered porch or terrace Don’t be tempted to spread every ghoul you ever purchased throughout the years and bundles of haystacks, all over your front lawn aimlessly. It’s easy to get carried away and it can easily become messy with our Fall weather. Who is Your Potential Buyer? Do consider that Halloween isn’t for everyone, so perhaps presenting décor with more of a versatile Fall inspired feel, would appeal to the majority.
