I am a Canfitpro Certified Personal Training Specialist offering one on one or small group personal training to individuals of all fitness levels.  I am soon to be graduated from Mohawk College with a diploma in Health, Wellness and Fitness. Currently, I am certified through Canfitpro as a Personal Training Specialist. As a trainer my mission is to provide individuals of all fitness levels with a unique and high quality personal training experience.

I have experience with working with people of all ages and also an extensive athletic background. Whether you want to lean out and get in shape, pack on some muscle mass or just stay healthy and mobile message me for details.
