Thanks to everyone who came out to run, walk, volunteer and cheer on our participants for the annual Fort to Forge Run this morning! We had a great time and can't wait to share more photos and details from the day a little later! A special thanks to Dawne Marlow and Linda Sweet for organizing this great event. The Fort to Forge Run in Trinity is only 8 days away and we're starting work on the prototype medals! Every runner/walker and volunteer will be awarded with one of these bad boys at the finish line. Hailey is modeling our Cookie Smash in an ice cream sandwich, dipped in Belgian chocolate and coated with even more cookies. What a beautiful day! After days of rain we've been treated to this gem. We're still making great ice cream...Raspberry, Blueberry Cheesecake, Partridge Berry and Walnut and our gourmet ice cream bars (all with local berries) just to name a few. We're open until 6:00 tonight both in Bonavista and Trinity. Enjoy this great day!

The fun continues with Day 2 of the Cultural Craft Festival at the Sir William Ford Coaker Heritage Foundation Inc. in Port Union! Whether you are craving ice cream or chocolate, we've got you covered! We'll be set up on the second floor with our handmade Sweet Rock ice cream bars dipped in Belgian chocolate along with some of our favourites from Aunt Sarah's Chocolate Shop. Swing by between 10am-5pm to check it out! Lots of other great vendors and exhibits too! We have the pleasure of being stationed next to some amazing artifacts and also one of the Bonavista Biennale exhibits by Doug Guildford. Stunning! If you can't make it by the festival, both the Sweet Rock and Aunt Sarah's shops are open as usual:)

We're almost ready for the Cultural Craft Festival in Port Union this Saturday and Sunday (August 26-27). We'll be there with our gourmet ice cream bars (and @auntsarahschocolate) from 12-5 both days (or until we run out 😉). We'll have French Vanilla Bean, Milk Chocolate and Partidge Berry ice creams smothered in Belgian dark (70% cocoa), milk and white chocolate. We'll also be introducing our newest bar...the Collosial Cookie Smasher - our Cookie Smash ice cream dipped in Belgian milk and white chocolate and covered in even more cookie smash. Lots of great artisans will be on hand...hope to see you there!!
