Our aim is to inspiring everyone with a fitness dream to reach outside their comfort zones, empower them to BELIEVE they have the strength, stamina and ability to do it!

Good Morning EVERYONE!!! All of your classes start up this week March 5th. If you are taking Pole Fitness, please wear shorty shorts, a tank top and bring water. If you are taking Aerial Hammock Yoga, please wear long tights or capris, t-shirt and bring water. Everyone needs to arrive 10 minutes early to sign waivers and get changed. Please make sure you know how to get here as we will be in other classes and not able to answer your messages. :) The address link is on this page. 32 County Rd #3 inside Hacketts Auto Collison just over the Bay Bridge on the Rednersville Rd.
