Good Morning EVERYONE!!! All of your classes start up this week March 5th. If you are taking Pole Fitness, please wear shorty shorts, a tank top and bring water. If you are taking Aerial Hammock Yoga, please wear long tights or capris, t-shirt and bring water. Everyone needs to arrive 10 minutes early to sign waivers and get changed.
