Beste reisagenten, klanten - door het overlijden van Fidel Castro in Cuba geven we u graag de info mee die we van onze lokale agent zonet ontvangen hebben. Indien u graag meer info hebt, kan u ons altijd contacteren. het Montana-team We would like to inform you that due to the death of Fidel Castro the Cuban State has announced a memorial period from November 26th until December 4th . All public activities and events are canceled during this period. The funeral ceremonies are expected to be hosted by head of states and journalists from all over the world. On Monday and Tuesday (28.11./29.11.), the Cuban citizens will honor Fidel Castro, at the Revolution Square in Havana. Subsequently, his ashes are transferred to Santiago de Cuba in a four-day mourning procession. The ashes of Fidel Castro will be buried on December 4th at the Santa Ifigenia cemetery in Santiago de Cuba. The above reasons may cause hotel changes, program changes / cancellations and restrictions on road traffic. We also expect delays at the rental car stations. Unfortunately, these happenings are caused by force majeure and offer us little flexibility for adjustments. Should our mutual customers be affected by hotel changes or national flight plan changes due to the mourning ceremony, we will inform you separately. Affected customer who are already on the island, will be contacted by us.
