We use biodegradable foil made from recycled industrial waste as an alternative to aluminium foil, it breaks down to dust in sunlight. And it doesn't just stop at your hair, we will only ever use natural cleaning products - serve fair trade and organic coffee and herbal teas - select the finest magazines that are printed with the lowest carbon footprint...I could go on, even down to the paint on our walls. #yeppoon
