Surf Life Saving Central Coast

PLC swim Squad members have a memorable Australian Surf titles. Umina surf club members Jemma Smith, Mimosa Henderson and Molly Murphy win gold medals galore at the recent titles held in Queensland. Jemma Smith was a standout at the championships winning the top award at the championships ‘The Peter Lacy medal’ collected 6 gold medals 1 silver and a bronze. Mimosa Henderson won gold in the u17 board team’s event and silver in the u/17 surf teams. Molly won two gold as a handler in the open and u19 s rescue tube rescue team event. The competitors who train at the PLC squad all competed well at the championships with many improving on previous years results.
