Hey guys, Grills on Wills healthy meal plans are back again next week if you haven't got involved yet nows your time. Our menu consists of: 1. Boneless leg lamb rubbed with Mediterranean spiced then cooked on our rotisserie and served with a apple and pear potato salad, roasted pumpkin, carrot and steamed peas. 2. BBQ grilled rump steak served on a bed of brown rice with steamed broccoli and a homemade chilli jam (mild). 3. Pork meatballs served in a fresh tomato/basil sauce with spaghetti, green beans and snow peas. 4. Honey soy chicken breast served with a stir fry consisting of Chinese spinach, roast capsicum, fresh cucumber, snow peas, Chilli, coriander, Singapore noodles and mint leaves. 5.
