I'm loving this apollo brick by Boral at the moment. Never really been a fan of the dark brick but the contrast with the white windows and render is stunning!

A bit about myself I'm Jess a mother of 3 that has been passionate about the building industry since I was about 6yr old! While all the other girls were playing with their dolls and make-up, I was building lego and dreaming of being a bricklayer! Crazy! By 10yrs I was drawing house plans all the time and dreaming of building one of them. Got to high school and reality hit that their was quite a bit I had to know to be a building designer! It didn't stop me from continuing to draw but it did make me think about going down a different path. It wasn't until I started working for a frame & truss company that the passion of design came flooding back into my veins, It was a dream I had to conquer! After 2yrs my place of work was shut down and we moved to Wodonga for work and had our 3rd child. My partner got a job co-ordinating an Estimating & Drafting team for a local builder. He would bring home plans every night and I found myself just having to go over them and find out all I could about construction. I was fortunate enough that this same building firm gave me a hostess job in their displays. This has turned out to help me greatly with my understanding of everything involved in new homes! So it was then decided that I enroll in the Advance Diploma of building design in order to finally reach my dream. Apart from having my 3 children, this is the greatest decision of my life. I love everything in the construction world and I want clients to be as excited as I am about their plans. Together with my partner Paul and a great construction team I know we can change the way new homes are created. We want the house to accommodate how you live, not the other way round! Most of all we want happy results and great client services!

We offer a few different options- We can design you a concept to take to your builder of choice. - We can take your concept to working drawings, Price and build your home with a quality local builder and assist you every step of the way. This includes weekly updates and site visits at each stage. Colour consultancy included also. - Just need advice on your contract or having trouble understanding what your getting in your home? Bring your contract to us or your quotes from builders and we can assess and advise on which way to go. We are happy to assist you in any way. Fees are dependant on the project - Standard consultation or advice on building- 1hr meeting $50 - Compare quotes, go over contract and advise- $99 - Buy a ready designed concept and take to your builder $300 - Custom plans start from $500 take away to your builder (not working drawings. Will include dimensions and elevations and façade choice. -Custom plan/estimate and build $2000 (Fee taken off the full price of home)
