Since its birth 26 years ago, Salsa has been synonymous for providing hearty traditional Italian dishes and service that reminds you of Sunday lunch at nonna's house, and this is what Salsa is all about, making you comfortable and relaxed.
Domenic Romeo, together with head chef Gianluca Amalfitano, hailing from Naples Italy, the two have created a menu that is as true Italian as Italy itself. Fresh on premise made pasta that is cooked to order and aldente and peperonata that to the uneducated seems overcooked but melts in your mouth, just like it has for generations. As for the pizza, it has the flavour and crunch of the pizza nonna would make after a load of Sunday wood oven bread in the backyard oven.
