Red Dragon Fitness, founded by Craig Williams, with over 10+ years experience in the navy's elite submarine service has a wealth of knowledge, skills and experience in health, wellness, fitness and nutrition. Particular areas of interest include:

- functional fitness

Cost: $60 per hour, includes nutritional advice and custom made personal training program. Group fitness sessions are also available in some areas.
