Mathematics Study Centre Re-open for 2016 from Wednesday Week 4 (17th February). From then on, every Wednesday afternoon in the library from 3:00 - 3:45pm. The Mathematics Study Centre offers free support to those students who need help with mathematical problems, small or large. Whether homework is proving challenging or if help is needed reviewing topics before examinations and tests, sometimes a helping hand can make all the difference. While the centre does not offer structured tutoring, Maths teachers will be on hand to assist with any maths problems and this can often make a real difference. This service is available for students from Years 7 to 12 and students are welcome to come on a drop-in or regular basis. There is no requirement to book ahead.

On Friday last week, Year 9 commenced their first experiential learning activity: the Lockley's Pylon Breakout Day. The students and staff had a wonderful day that was full of relationship building and adventure. The whole group made it to Lockley's Pylon, which was a fantastic effort in hot and humid conditions. The views are some of the best in the world, as you get to see the Grose Valley in all its splendour. We spoke about Acts, Chapter 4 and the unusual God we serve and the mighty power he gives to his sons and daughters.

Wycliffe has launched their Chromebook program for senior school in 2016. Students are collaborating using Google Apps and other cloud-based tools across all subjects.
