Description
Boxing is a fantastic way to improve overall fitness, strength and confidence while learning a sport. Dare to be brave Warragul Boxing Club runs training sessions for general public 4 days a week Mon-Thurs 6pm - 7pm. Friday sparing for experienced boxers starts at 5.30pm until close.
We have two qualified boxing coaches Mick Nottage (head coach) who has over 8 years coaching experience.
Leigh Taylor (second) who has competed nationally and held positions in the Victoria squad.
On board our team is Zoe Hawker who is a cert 4 qualified personal trainer working under her own company Zoe Health and fitness and assists with our cardio and conditioning.
