Sunday February 18, Fed Training lawn, Civic Ct, Morwell, VIC 3840. 10am-2pm - The Gippsland Producers and Makers Market This public market will profile growers, producers and makers exclusively from the Gippsland region, and will include some stalls from participating partners and sponsors of the event. (FREE ENTRY for the public) 10.30am - 12pm - The Chef Up This will give participants the opportunity to learn some culinary skills from local foodies in a workshop format (Ticketed, SOLD OUT) 12.30pm - 3.40pm -The Chef Off This is the flagship event, pitting the 4 participating chefs against one another in a live cook off. Our very best chefs will compete against one another to create signature dishes using local hero products and will be judged against a set of criteria by participating guest judges.
