We are holding a free no obligation information morning this Saturday the 27th at 9:15am at the SHED where: - Richard Peden (ASN) - Kirsty Seward (Revive Nutrition) - Alexis (Wolfpack PrePrepared Meals) - Doug (Training) will be discussing the particulars of the 10 Week Challenge program and to answer any questions you may have. CHALLENGE PARTICIPANTS WILL RECEIVE; 👉Additional Sunday strength and conditioning sessions 👉 Off-site challenge BOOTCAMPS. 👉 In-house micro-challenges to keep us focused and on track 👉 Meal plans designed by an accredited dietitian 👉 At home training programs for those who may be time poor and cant get to the SHED that day. 👉 Delicious healthy recipes 👉 Around the clock support from Industry experts. 👉 Supplements tailored to get RESULTS! 👉 HUGE prizes up for grabs 👉 & Richard has been kind enough to put together some in shed prizes for the best in-house female/male transformations.
