IS YOUR GOAL TO GAIN A DAMN FINE BOOTY? Well Sharaya has some exciting news! Introducing a female only BOOTY specific class 3 nights per week! Each session will run for 30 mins and will consist of bodyweight, weighted exercises and resistant Booty bands to really target, shape and tone the glutes. Cost will be: $10 for Empire members $20 for non members (covers casual session at the gym) All sessions will be held at Empire 24hr Gym.
