StrataSellFast offers services to vendors and buyers during the sales campaign of a property.
StrataSellFast‘s experience in the strata industry has given us a clear understanding that vendors, agents and buyers all have different requirements in order to successfully complete a sales campaign. Our easy to use database allows a prospective purchaser immediate access to pre‐purchase reports with a secure payment facility and download.
StrataSellFast services and acts on behalf of Sydney’s oldest established strata inspection company, Trachtenberg Strata Reporting Services (TSRS) who have specialised in preparing Strata Reports for the Legal profession and the public since 1975. TSRS reports are unique in that they provide a thorough, historical and chronological perspective of a building. StrataSellFast encourages vendors and their representative to order a strata report to support the sales campaign. Vendors are given the choice of:
Sell Fast – A strata report is prepared for the first open. Once the report is completed it will be made available to buyers for immediate purchase and download, at a discounted rate. If more than one copy of the report is sold a refund will be issued to the vendor (less 15% – processing fee).
List for Booking – orders will be listed on our site at the standard price of a strata report. Potential buyers will be advised of the listing and an inspection can be booked at short notice, with expected delivery 24 -48 hours.
