**Frequently asked questions** How do I order a balloon? Just send us a Facebook message or email giftpop1@outlook.com. We will have a website up soon which will make the ordering process much easier for you all! Can I fill a balloon with my own items and how much will it cost? Yes you can. If you provide the items we can fill and decorate a balloon for $25. We will need the items provided to us 1-2 days before pick up/delivery. Can I put anything into a balloon? We can fill a balloon with items that will fit through a 12cm diameter hole. They shouldn't be too heavy or sharp. If you are unsure whether or not something will fit we ask that you message us first. How much does delivery cost? We deliver within Canberra and Queanbeyan only. Delivery Southside: $10. Northside: $15. Queanbeyan: $15. Where can I pick up? We are located in Calwell. We run our business from home (we do not have a shop). When picking up the balloon, please ensure you have an empty seat or boot free of any sharp objects. What are the payment options? Payment can be made by PayPal or direct debit (we will send you the details if you choose these options). We will need a screenshot of the transaction sent to us before pickup/delivery. Or alternatively we will accept cash on pick up.
