It is a purpose built medical centre designed for the comfort and ease of access for patients.  There are no ramps or stairs and the front door is automatic. This makes the practice easily accessible for prams, the disabled and the elderly.  Toilet facilities are provided for the disabled. We have a large car park with approx. 53 spaces including 2 disabled car parks.
We have two well-equipped treatment rooms for minor procedures and emergencies. Our waiting room is large with multiple televisions displaying patient information and entertainment, it also includes a children’s play area.
A wide range of medical educational pamphlets are available for patients. Topics covered are cholesterol, diabetes, breast self-exams, pap smear, asthma and many more.

We have 6 Doctor’s (incl. 2 female) at Forsyth Park Medical Centre.  We encourage you to try and see a regular doctor.  This improves patient care and enables you to establish a long term relationship with your doctor. APPOINTMENTS
You will generally be required to make an appointment to ensure that patients do not wait too long.  Doctor’s will attempt to see patients on time, however sometimes this is not possible as the time to give a medical assessment will vary or there may be an emergency.  Appointments are not necessary if it is an emergency i.e.: deep cut, burns, suspected fracture, asthma, chest pain etc. but please phone reception to let them know you are coming, if at all possible.

Here is our Healthy recipe from our February Newsletter, which is located on our website. Try it out =) Keto Vegan “Zoodles” Ingredients (makes 4 servings): • 4 med Zucchini (one per serving) vegetable spiralizer • ½ cup Avocado Pesto • 2 ave Avocados • 1 cup Kalamata or other types of olives, pitted • ¼ cup Sun-dried tomatoes, drained, 4-6 halves • ¼ cup Fresh Basil • 2 tbsp Extra Virgin Coconut Oil • ¼ tsp Salt Method: 1. Using a spiralizer, create zucchini "noodles". Chop the soft core of the zucchini and add it to the zoodles. Note: If you don't have a spiralizer, you can use a peeler and peel the zucchini all around until you get to the soft centre. 2. Place the zoodles (in batches if needed) on a pan greased with coconut oil and cook briefly for 2-5 minutes. The exact time depends on how tender you prefer the zoodles to be. 3. Peel and halve the avocado. Remove the seed and slice it into stripes. Drain and chop the sun-dried tomatoes and drain the olives. 4. Take the zoodles off heat and spoon in the pesto. Mix until well combined and season with salt. 5. Place on a serving plate and top with tomatoes, olives, avocado and fresh basil. Enjoy!
