TOC Fitness Studios is a group fitness studio. Featuring two rooms, a spin studio and a group fitness studio with full lighting and sound, including a set of DJ decks in both rooms.
We offer a number of group fitness classes all freestyle and based on music and beats.
NO LES MILLS!
We are not like any other club in Australia. There are studios like this in both Hollywood LA and Dubai.
The studio is exclusive and will only have a maximum of 200 members. This ensures that classes are all small and personal.
All our trainers are fully qualified.
We are never just about the workout we are all about the experience. We want you leaving here begging for more!
