When the universe gifts you powers over self to help those in need, what do you do? You make a facebook page in faith that people will come asking for help because that's all i ever wanted to do. I want to help those who have depression, who has anxiety, who is lost in life, who is hurt, who is angry, who feels that the world would be better off without them. I'm here today who was once just like those people in need of help and I am here to tell everyone that i will be that hope that they need to survive. "Unforgiveness unchecked becomes a cancer of the soul." I believe that our physical health is in correlation to our mental health. With that being said, when you are negative about a situation, it adds power to that negativity. Have you ever realised that when you replay a situation in your mind that has hurt you, whether it may be self inflicted or from someone else, it becomes contagious. The feelings of negativity becomes empowered through your thoughts. Now because your mind empowered the negativity of the mind, you will act on that negativity. Eventually you will find that your body becomes weak, and if your body becomes weak, your immune system will not be operating at an optimal level. The same thing happens when you empower positive emotions within yourself and others. So be joyful! Look for that silver lining! Because that positive mind of yours is also contagious!
