The Catering Buffet Co By Lina loves everything about the Italian cucina.
Traditional dishes inspire new modern menu selections, keeping the original essence of Nonnas recipes.
Feasts of food, vino and laughter from my families table allows me to create a table lined with extensive yet delightful foods, whom even the fussy manage to enjoy.
Table centrepieces & props are used to enhance the elegance or rustic setting we inspire to create.
Ancient methods & techniques handed down to us are used in our style of cooking which undeniably portrays our attention to detail, passion & love for food.
Menus are complete with good quality grade olive oil and we also offer the valuable balsamic vinegar di Modena to compliment all creations.
Selections are vast which range from seafood ice buckets, grilling tender beef/pork cuts, sought after grazing boards filled with local & imported producers of fine Italian olives, salumi, soft & hard cheeses just to name a few.
