Our complete Australian Designed Hose reels with exclusive patented locking and SRS ( Slow Return System ). Exclusive to DELRICO is our REACH manufactured hose. All reels come complete with SOLID BRASS connectors, nozzle & tap adaptor. We offer a 24month warranty. Even after this period we can service the reel if ever the need arises. We believe in after sales service & after warranty service!. Why buy a hose reel if it cannot be serviced down the track? One unit I mounted higher above the side gate to swing 180 deg to the front and back yards. The unit before purchase reviewed very well and you pay for what you get. All the fittings are robust and the mounting kit came with a descent masonry drill bit. The hose and ratcheting are excellent and it does highlite dont let go of the hose on retract or let the reel fill with soil etc. I simply spray the hose while retracting to clean it down as I want it to last for years. We pride ourselves in the fact that if ever the need arises and servicing of your reel is required, then our complete workshop can service your reel. Here's a quote from a popular hose reel importer to one of their unhappy customers who's spring has broken:........"Unfortunately when the spring lets go this is something that cannot be repaired with the reels, if we could fix the unit then we definitely would do. " YES, HERE AT DELRICO WE CAN CHANGE THE SPRING IF EVER REQUIRED! Following is an example of a reel that had failed to retract. Customer advised that it was never on the wall, only laying on the garden bed as they were renting and were told nothing could be affixed to the walls. Trouble was that a reel laying on its side will allow water ( rain ) to enter via any small opening if laying horizontal. We advised that it was no problem to service the reel with a new master spring. Once the spring is aligned, we installed it back into the casing. Once its put back together the customer ends up with a reel that will continue to give great service ( We advised to put a post in the ground and mount the bracket accordingly ! ). This shows that if you do consider buying a DELRICO™, then rest assured that your reel can be serviced no matter what the problem! NOTE: PLEASE DONT TRY TO DO THIS YOURSELF. IT REQUIRES SPECIAL KNOWLEDGE, TOOLS AND A ZERO FEAR FACTOR!
