•Morning, Monday!• We've been a bit quiet over here recently but fear not, friends! Exciting things are being planned! Like the fact that we're joining @nikki_ayres to raise some $$ for @beyondblueofficial! Mind, body, stroll is a wellness event Nikki has run for the last few years and this year we're getting involved! Yoga starts at 8:30am (head to Nikki's page for more details) and then visit us after! Mental health is so important to be talked about and to break the stigma and I cannot think of a better way to do it! We hope to see you there! ✌🏼💓🌞
