Doing a quick run through some Stability training here... Single Leg Single Arm Row: 3sets of 15reps (Each Side) this was the main set but in this video i only show a short clip of the warm up and as you can all see i dont hold much tension on the muscle for long as its only the WU I cannot say this enough times guys, take note 📒 all Triathletes/ Runners/ Swimmers/Cyclists/ Boxers/ Tug of war/ Gaa Players and all types of Athletes ect... This kind of Strength Exercise is one that we all neglect and that is single arm single leg exercises and how we work on Stability, this is vital for Athletes all across the board and to help us all to try stay injury free.
