The World Club Water Polo Challenge
Description
A inaugural international men’s water polo tournament to be held in Sydney NSW!
The World Club Water Polo Challenge is back and we have a new home, The Sutherland Leisure Centre.
This will make the 3rd annual event for this very exciting tournament and will run over the same dates as last year 27th December- 30th December 2016
Teams this year will be travelling from The USA, China, Japan, Germany, Singapre, Turkey and of course Australia.
We will also be introducing the QLD and NSW Womens Institute teams for a origin style test series..
This tournament will be different to the usual water polo events with a carnival atmosphere with food stalls and pop up bar and loads of giveways so make sure to bring the whole family ....

Day 4 - Bronze medal Match Junior Men - The match was attended by Mr Seckin Sahin, Vice Consul of the Turkish Consul General, Sydney. The final score in a thrilling hard fought close match was: Queensland 5 (W Downes 4, R Townsend 1) defeated Galatasaray Turkey 4 (K Hamurculu 2, C Gorseval and T Ozbek 1)
