It's great to see our new worker Jake using the Stihl hedger. Jake has a great eye for detail and is also very precise when it comes to clean up. Jake fits in well and we are glad to say he is part of the Hills Sustainable Gardens Team. Keep up the good work Jake. ✂️🌿

This pittosporum hedge is getting more into shape each time we trim it, when we started it a few months back it was wonky all over the top and sides. Next time we hedge it, it should be dead straight 👍🍃 #teamhsg

This year of 2016 has been a big year, after leaving a stable and comfortable position in a workplace to now being self reliant and accountable for my future by being a co founder of a rapidly growing business called Hills Sustainable Gardens. I'm lucky enough to have found a partner that has the same work ethics as myself and together we are building a successful business which relies on hard work, enthusiasm and cooperation. Recently we have been lucky enough to find staff who posses the same attributes of hard work and Sam and I will be thanking those individually. This message is to also thank all of our clients who have entrusted us to maintain and look after their beautiful gardens. Bring on 2017 ⭐️💫 Today is such a beautiful day to celebrate one of the greatest joys having your family and friends by your side. Here’s to wishing you all a warm and happy Christmas, filled with peace, joy and love you deserve. Have a fantastic Christmas and a happy new year. We wish you all safe and happy travels. HSG 👍🍃

Here is a photo of HSG coring a beautiful green lush lawn. 🌱🌱 An important requirement of all plants including turf is to have oxygen available within the soil that can be used and absorbed by the root system. Many lawns can become compacted over years by the constant wear they are subjected to, or an excessive buildup of organic material can water-log the soil, starving it of the oxygen it requires.
