Self Care and wasted emotions We also need to stop this waste of emotion of guilt and start using that emotion in areas that are needed , We also need to all work on our self care and self compassion, this will allow us to look after our needs and revive us to be able to care better for our loved ones . We are made up of 4 areas , physical, mental , emotional and spiritual , think of these as buckets , if we dont look after each one they will run dry then we wont be able to give to others.
