Description
The chat centre for idelica.com by Emma Lopez. Get first-hand news, ideas and exclusive offers here! Idelica has enjoyed a healthy progression from beginnings in February 2010 as an online retailer of Spanish fine foods and Paella gift sets to being an importer, distributor and retailer of paella ingredients and equipment in 2011. Meanwhile, Idelica was also establishing a reputation for delicious, authentic, giant paellas on-the-go at food festivals across Hampshire and Dorset.
In 2012 our 'feast & fiesta' catering services were made available for private hire in the region and bookings are now being taken for all sorts of occasions: parties, weddings, sports and corporate events: formal or informal, light-course or main-course, indoors or outdoors, large or small.
If you simply want the best ingredients, equipment and tips to make paella at home, message me or visit our Ebay shop to purchase our trustee El Avion paprikas, natural paella seasoning and more:

It's showtime again! After a long winter hibernation (which involved moving to St Ives, Ringwood among other things) Idelica is back with our enormously lovely paella, a bit of tapas as well, some pans and a few spices with some bargains to be had on needlessly short-dated items. And our friendly crew has some new faces to greet you with. Come and find us down on the Quay, this Saturday and Sunday.
