Children Cooking Parties, Catering for most occasions. Home cooked finger foods and buffet style catering. All ingredients locally sourced. Event organiser I would like to welcome you to try Cater2u, some of you may already know me Alba Galban (Gomez) from previously named Spring Deli. I had taken a break to have a family and now ready to set up again. For those who didn't or don't know me, I specialise in homemade Spanish and international finger foods. I supplied many meetings and functions at a reasonable rate.
My business is now run from home giving me the flexibility for last minute meetings and lower prices. At this stage website is under construction, but can supply details on request. I also run cooking workshops on location for both children and Adults, introducing topics such as seasonal produce and sustainability. All catering jobs needing a minimum of 48hour notice but please don't hesitate to call if you get caught out.
Why not try a Children Cooking Party, a great way to entertain the kids and kids love eating their own food, all hands on at your location nice simple recipes. We set up and clean after.

These nights are great to come to as a group, a couple or on your own. 20 people is my limit and 10 people is my minimum to run this night. Don't hesitate in booking as the nights book out very quickly. Doors open at 6.30pm and run through to 9pm, You will be greeted with a glass of Spanish Sangria. The night is yours to enjoy in the comfort of my cooking, yes you get to watch me cook some lovely Tapas in front of you. We finish the night with Churros and Chocolate and Creme Caramel.....Book before 1st of August $50 after this the price is $60. So part of Cater2u is passing on my knowledge and passion to young people. My student today is learning to clean, fillet, cut and cook fish, calamari and cook prawns. Last week i showed her how to shop for fish etc down in Springvale, Victoria, Australia love taking people on tours thru this amazing place, so much to learn and discover .
