Lady Gowrie Tasmania is a community based not for profit incorporated association governed by a voluntary Board of Directors who takes responsibility for the functions, roles, duties and obligations of organisational governance. The Board determines the strategic direction for the organisation and engage a Chief Executive Officer together with the senior management team to carry out the operational aspects and day to day management of the organisation.

Some of the programs provided by Lady Gowrie Tasmania are

Gowrie Training:
-Provides Nationally Accredited Education and Care Qualifications(Skills Tasmania Endorsed Provider).
-Professional Development & Support tailored to meet you and your services individual needs
-A resource library which contains hard copies of fantastic resources

Inclusion and Professional Support Program (IPSP):
-Professional Support Co-ordination (PSC) including IPSP Online Library access
-Inclusion Support Services (ISA-South East Region)
-Indigenous Professional Support Unit (IPSU)
