Glenelg North Transformation
This project was challenging due to the existing property having sunk into the ground dramatically during floods. We built everything perfectly level while also marrying it in with the existing dwellings “character”. A new carport, outdoor living area, bedroom, bathroom, kitchen and living area. We installed Baltic Pine floor boards to match with the existing property. Polished concrete alfresco area, big beautiful kitchen, huge pantry, we removed the rear wall to join the kitchen and living area creating lots of open space and flow.
90s Home converted to 2016 dream
This project involved the removal of multiple internal walls, creating large open plan living areas and a beautiful free flowing home. The indoor area flows seamlessly into the outdoor area via a new large stacker door. Through the doors you will find a beautiful Australian hardwood Merbau timber deck, perfect for entertaining. This home was finished with bamboo floors, new carpet, stone bench tops, a grand front door, new windows a touch of paint and plenty of room move. Conversion video to follow
