I can help you become the best version of you. Start your health and wellness journey with me today. Originally from Ireland, I moved to Perth in 2009. After working for more than 10 years in the corporate world of marketing I qualified in 2010 as a Master Trainer with the Australian Institute of Fitness.

I realised that my true passion and calling in life was to help my clients become the best version of themselves in all aspects of their life - health, wellness, nutrition and cultivating a healthy and happy mind.My passion is training Mums and women as I am a Mum of 1 myself.

I offer a number of programs and services including:

- Group Exercise Classes - Boxing, Weights, HIIT, Fire & Flow
- Mums and Bubs Classes - bring your baby!
- 21 Day Challenge - a weight loss exercise program
- 28 Day Challenge - an online weights loss and exercise program
- Mobile Personal Training - I come to you!

The group exercise classes are a mixture of HIIT training, resistance training, boxing, Booty Barre Plus, Fire & Flow and more.

My timetable:
Mums & Bubs Mon & Wed @ 9am
Barre Class Thurs @ 6am
Group Exercise Sat @745am (boxing, HIIT, Fire & Flow)
21 Day Challenge - Starts 1st Monday of the month
Mobile Personal training available until 12 - Mon, Wed, Thurs and Saturday.
