Stay on Brighton is a fully furnished, self-contained unit available for short term rental in Scarborough, Perth. Stay on Brighton is short term accommodation available all year round.
A fully furnished, comfortable unit, with 3 bedrooms & 2 bathrooms. It is a home away from home, with everything you need - bedding, linen & towels are provided. The property has a separate lounge room, with a sofa bed, to cater for extra guests. It sleeps 6 adults comfortably, with up to 8 using double sofa bed.
The kitchen is fully stocked with all electrical appliances so great for making meals. There is a private court yard which is perfect for entertaining and having a barbeque. Off street parking is available for one car.
The property caters perfectly for families. It has a separate lounge room, with TV, which makes a great area for children to play. There is a high chair, port-a-cot, baby bath, toy box, books, dvds, small table & chairs for the convenience of guests with children.

Stay on Brighton is located in the popular tourist destination Scarborough. It is only a 10 min walk from Brighton Beach, 2 mins walk from shops, which have the popular Brighton Road Food Market, bakery, fish & chips, butcher & cafe. Two major shopping centres, Karrinyup & Innaloo, are only a 10 min drive away.
There are numerous cafes located in Scarborough within walking distance from the property, as well as the popular cafe strip located down in the newly developed Scarborough Beach precinct.

The Hardware Store Cafe & Eatery
Just a few minutes walk from 'Stay on Brighton' is the beaut Hardware Store Cafe. It serves amazing food and below is one of the best breakfasts I have ever eaten! (Big call, but you will agree if you try it)

Our guests love that there is a separate room for the kids to use as a 'play area'. It has DVD player, lots of books & toys, small table & chairs and the room can be closed off 😉. Great for the kids and parents.
