Suburbeea Honey
Description
Local, natural raw honey and honey products. We are a local Salisbury couple who discovered a beehive in our hedge and became beekeepers by chance. We now take care of a few hives in our backyard to supply local raw honey and honey products to the community and, of course, pollinate the plants in our beautiful suburb!

Full day working on the hives in this heat. Heavy lifting, long hours & hot sticky work rewarded with our biggest harvest yet. It certainly made me think about & appreciate the work that goes into all the food we consume. With modern conveniences we often miss that connection to the time, love, effort & knowledge that goes into the food we eat. Gratitude to all our farmers, who work in these extremes much more often than we do.☀️🐂🐏🐓🐖🍃🐟🍎🌽🙏

Ever wondered how we find a queen in a box with up to 50,000 bees? She is shaped differently, but it's still a little bit like "Where's Wally" so they are usually marked to make our jobs easier. Spring honey is now flowing, have you noticed bees at work in your garden?
