Today, Saturday 23rd January. The boating accident next door to Caradon required the Careflight Helicopter to land on the property next door. Apparently a boat flipped and apparently the driver was injured and airlifted to hospital. No Caradon members were involved in the accident. The police cars turned up at Caradon to get through the next door property but after getting through our gate their way was blocked by locked fences. The helicopter took off soon after. This happened about 6pm and details are sketchy.

Great skiing water at Caradon today. Rain comes and goes but the water is clean and fresh and it is sooo hot.

The Hawkesbury River is super clean except for extra mud in the water. Great for boating, skiing and just swimming in. So glad we escaped a flood with all that rain

The Sackville Ferry is open. The Hawkesbury at Caradon is only at high tide level and very brown. It is not flowing very fast. Alls well that ends well.

The Hawkesbury River is down slightly in front of Caradon but flowing fast. The tide is going out. Cattai Creek Bridge was out 1 hour ago. The rain is consistent but seems to be less heavy.
