A few members of our Counselling team attended the Western Australian Association for Mental Health's 'Youth Wellbeing Breakfast' at Kings Park this morning. A fantastic time was had by all, and it was a great opportunity to speak with other health workers, teachers, parents and young people about mental health issues facing our youth.

Circle of Security animation

South Coastal are running the Circle of Security program in Term 3. This highly successful 8 week program is designed to enhance attachment security between parents and children, building stronger relationships and giving parents new ways to respond to their childs needs and behaviour.
