Description
Brandis Tonkin Training run Back2Basics, a group training class based on Functional Movements. It is a high intensity interval training class (HIIT) aimed at all fitness levels. Head trainers Blair Tonkin and Adam Brandis are also available for Personal Training sessions upon request. Please message us if you wish to organise Personal Training sessions.
Benefits of HIIT:
- increases resting metabolic rate for up to 24 hours after session, resulting in fat burning
- improved cardiovascular endurance levels
- improved athletic performance
Sessions will include activities such as:
- body weight movements
- strength based movements
- cardio activities
- high intensity interval work
- power and speed activities
