Urban Contemporary on Sundays with the fantastic Aimee Schollum - you won't find another class like this! 10am - 11am Beginner /11am - 12pm Intermediate A unique and high intensity blend of urban choreography and contemporary pathways and floor-work. The class will cover: - hip hop grooves and body isolation - how to move in and out of the floor quickly and efficiently - A phrase that uses and combines these skills Bring kneepads, attitude and a whole lot of energy!
