Craig Harper – Sport fitness gun
Craig was fat, got skinny and then got fit and has been talking the talk and walking the walk ever since. He has been an integral part of the Australian fitness landscape since 1982. In that time he has worked as an exercise scientist, corporate consultant, professional development speaker, university lecturer, AFL strength coach, radio host, TV commentator, writer and successful business owner. In 1990 Craig established Harper’s Personal Training, which over the last twenty-two years has evolved into one of the most successful businesses of its kind in the world.
For two years he was the host of Foxtel's 'Living Life Now' and for three years Craig filled an on-air role on Network Ten's '9AM' morning show as their resident Fitness Expert and Life Coach. As well as having written for the Herald Sun and authored six books, Craig is also the driving force behind Australia's most successful Personal Development website - craigharper.com.au. While still owning a gym and working with elite athletes on a regular basis, these days Craig delivers more than one hundred corporate presentations each year.
Jacqui Louder - Sport psych gun
Jacqui has been a practicing psychologist for eleven years, specialising in eating disorders, athletic transitions (retirement / entry into elite sport / etc), performing arts and children’s sport.
She has worked as a psychologist with athletes and teams at the elite level including AFL football, National League netball, National Motocross / Supercross / Superbikes, National Institute of Circus Arts (NICA) and at World University, Commonwealth and Olympic Games.
Qualifications:
• Masters of Applied Psychology (Sport)
• Graduate Diploma in Applied Psychology (Organisational)
• Bachelor of Applied Science (Human Movement)
• Graduate Certificate in Athlete Career and Education Counselling
• Diploma in Publicity and Public Relations.
Professor Mark Febbraio
The Prof iis a Senior Principal Research Fellow of the NHMRC, head of the Cellular and Molecular Metabolism Laboratory, Director of the Division of Signaling & Metabolism at the Baker IDI Heart & Diabetes Institute, Chief Scientific Officer, on the Board of Directors of N-Gene Research Laboratories Inc and he rides ihis bike. A lot.
The team will also be joned from time to time by Bianca Chatfield, elite athlete, world champion, and member of the Australian Diamonds' squad and Melbourne Vixens. An Australian netball legend.
