ATTENTION: CUSTOMERS, RETAILERS AND STAFF **POWER HAS BEEN REINSTATED** ***Centre will be trading as per normal*** Some retailers with overnight preparations (such as bakers) will unfortunately be closed for trade today and will be reopening tomorrow. Please also be advised that the Centre's air-conditioning will not be fully effective until around midday as it will be in "catch up" mode. We apologise for the inconvenience and thank you for your understanding. A massive thank you to Ausgrid Energy and the Centre Team who have worked tirelessly through the night to reinstate power under very challenging circumstances!
UPDATE ATTENTION: CUSTOMERS, RETAILERS AND STAFF **POWER OUTAGE UPDATE: Works to reinstate power through the night have gone well and we anticipate power will be on before lunchtime. A further update will follow before 10am. Please watch this space!
UPDATE: ATTENTION: CUSTOMERS, RETAILERS AND STAFF **POWER OUTAGE UPDATE: The shopping centre is without power until further notice and WILL BE CLOSED FOR TRADE (excluding Ikea) ON SUNDAY MORNING. Ikea will trade as usual with reduced carpark access and without Centre amenities. We hope that works coordinated with Ausgrid and the Centre's team will see power reinstated on Sunday afternoon, however, the full extent of the damage is still being assessed. Further updates on the rectification works will be posted tomorrow morning.
ATTENTION: RETAILERS AND STAFF **POWER OUTAGE UPDATE: Ausgrid have now arrived at the Centre to assess the situation. We do not believe power to the Centre will be reinstated until 6am tomorrow and there is still only a 50% chance power can be reinstated at that time. Further updates will be posted throughout the night. Retailers from Verve/Coffee Club to Coles are not impacted, however, the Centre is without air conditioning and there is no lighting in the car parks making them unsafe after dark. FOOD RETAILERS: As per the earlier advice from the Security Team -please make alternate arrangements for all refrigerated and frozen foods.
